From scheduling the trades, to creating the layout configurations, supplying all materials including cabinetry, countertop, backsplash, flooring, lighting + more - Decoria Interiors handles everything required during your kitchen / bathroom renovation or new construction project.
Renovation + New Construction.
These services are aimed at the hands-off home owner who wants to hand the reins over to Decoria Interiors and enjoy a stress free experience.
A one hour initial consultation with the decorator will cover items such as your vision for the space(s), budget, timeline for completion, and what type of role you wish to play in the decorating process.
You’ll be provided with a project cost quote and approximate timeline for completion of work prior to the home owner committing to the contract.
Decoria Interiors’ project rate is hourly and includes: time spent selecting finishes, sourcing products, creating floorplans and sketches, supervising installation, etc.
Decoria Interiors also provides contractor services during the course of the project including supervision of installation/construction trades, product ordering, scheduling and accounts payable.
D-I-Y Consultation.
This service is great for the do-it-yourself home owner who is looking for some guidance regarding their home projects.
A one-hour consultation with Decoria Interiors will provide you with ideas on what colours, fabrics and finishes would work best with your personal style and lifestyle.
Once this meeting is complete the home owner will take the project into their hands and let creativity flow!
